At Purple Hue Technosoft, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, bespoke IT solutions. Because our work is service-based and involves dedicated resource allocation, the following policy applies:
Service-Based Projects
- Milestone Payments: Most projects are billed based on pre-defined milestones. Once a milestone is approved by the client and the associated work is delivered, payments for that milestone are non-refundable.
- Discovery Phase: Fees for discovery, consultation, and architectural planning phases are non-refundable once the sessions have commenced.
Cancellations
- Project Termination: Either party may terminate a project with a written notice period as defined in the SOW (typically 30 days). The client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of termination.
- Subscription Services: For ongoing maintenance or cloud management, cancellations must be made 15 days before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
Exceptional Circumstances
If Purple Hue Technosoft is unable to deliver a project as per the agreed technical specifications due to internal constraints, a partial or full refund of the current active milestone may be issued at the management’s discretion.
